Just got him a few days ago :) Don't be deceived by the cuteness - he's a little brat!

EMAAN photos are now up on Facebook here. I didn't post all the pictures, so if you're looking for yours, let me know and I'll throw it up :)

test cake.
Tried to make a cake. The frosting was too sweet, and kind of splotchy, but it was soooo delicious! And from scratch :)

EMAAN Awards Night - May 6th, 2011
So, last night from 5pm-10pm I was at the Mayfield Inn and Suites volunteering for this year's EMAAN awards night. If you want to know more about these guys, I've posted a link at the top of the page.
The necessary "hall is empty" shot:
Right at the front, you can see was the awards stage. Where there were lots and lots of awards:
And even more awards!
Like I said, a lot of awards!
Where there's a ball room rented, there is sure to be some food :)
Not only were there a lot of awards and food, there were also a lot of people!
You're probably wondering where I sat in all this. Well....there wasn't exactly a seat for me, but the kitchen staff was nice enough to set up a single table where I could eat. Right next to the awards stage, hahaha!
Don't worry, I was promptly covered up by the MAC banner, which, ironically, has a picture of my brother on it :)
The MCs for the night, who had some great filler material ;)
Abbeir Hussein
Muntaka Shah
And the EMAAN team:
Did I mention the awards?
Fun night, learned lots. The whole set should be up on my facebook page (link at the top) within a couple of weeks. Have the Dansol Racketlon tournament coming up in a few days, so wish me luck! I'll definitely need it :|
(Any feedback is appreciated!)
